Chalcedony Window Necklace

Rose cut 12x12mm chalcedony is set in a lacy bezel surrounded by delicate twisted wire filigree details, and a faceted chalcedony drop hangs below. Three tiny chalcedony stones connect the pendant to the delicate oxidized silver chain.

Artist Vanessa Mellet was born to jeweler parents, and is inspired by the rich colors found in nature and by organic forms like leaves and flowers. Her work embodies her romantic view of life -- birds and flower motifs abound.
